Upon completion of Algebra II, students will have options for future math courses based on their strengths and the prerequisites they have met. Specific prerequisites are listed in the details of each course description in the Program of Studies.
Students taking Algebra 1 Honors as a freshman could have the opportunity to double up with Geometry Honors and Algebra 2 Honors in 10th grade in order to reach AP Calculus in 12th grade.
Students who earn an A in a CP2 or CP1 might have the opportunity to move up one level based on their teacher's recommendation. Students moving up a level should expect to complete additional work in order to get caught up with the curriculum. Please see the placement tab for specific information.
